How Toys n Tots handles the details you share when you order a wooden puzzle, ask for gift advice, or collect a ride-on car from our storeroom.
When you place an order or message us, we keep your name, delivery address, phone number, email and the notes you send about a gift. If you use the WhatsApp line before a baby shower, that conversation is stored the same way. Our site also records basic technical details such as browser type and pages viewed.
Your details go toward packing and sending orders to Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and outlying towns, arranging click-and-collect, and answering questions about a specific toy. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send unrelated marketing unless you ask us to.
Small cookies keep your cart and browsing session working. Analytics tools help us see which categories, such as sensory play or stacking toys, people actually look at. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time, though parts of the shop may then behave oddly.
We pass only what is needed to local couriers, our hosting provider, email and form tools, and analytics services. Each of these handles data under its own terms. We do not hand your details to anyone else unless the law requires it.
Order records stay on file for as long as we need them for accounting and for handling a return on a wooden puzzle or stacking rings. Messages sent through the WhatsApp line are kept while the conversation is useful, then removed. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.
