Orders are packed the same week they come in. Local couriers cover Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, and outlying towns. Please give us accurate delivery details, including a reachable phone number and any gate or unit notes, because a wrong address usually means a second trip and a delay you did not plan for.
Our photos show real toddlers mid-play, so they are honest about scale and use. Even so, colour and texture can look slightly different on a screen than in your hands, and natural wood grain never repeats exactly. Those small variations are normal and are not treated as faults.
When we suggest a toy for a one-year-old or a daycare room, that is friendly guidance based on what usually works at that age. Children develop at their own pace, so the final choice stays with you. We do not guarantee that a specific child will take to a specific toy.
